Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Vishakhapatnam. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications as per prescriptions, providing patient counseling on medication usage, monitoring patient drug therapies, and maintaining accurate medication records. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing inventory.

BILLING & DISPENSING OF MEDICINES

· STOCK CHECK

· INVENTORY CONTROL

· INVOICE ENTRY

· PURCHASE REQUEST

· MEDICINE EXPIRY CHECK

· MAINTAIN COLD STORAGE DRUGS APPROPRIATELY

· PATIENT COUNSELLING FOR MEDICATIONS

· REVIEWING PRESCRIPTIONS

· ORGANIZING PHARMACY

· LABELLING MEDICATIONS

· MONITORING NON-MOVING MEDICINE

.Ensuring no stock outs happen at any point of time.

.Arranging medicines that are not available in stock

Qualifications

• Expertise in dispensing medications and managing drug therapies
• Experience in patient counseling and education on medication usage
• Skills in maintaining accurate medication records and inventory management
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in pharmacy practice
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• B.Pharm and D.Pharm from an accredited institution
• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license
• Experience in the field of rheumatology or clinical research is a plus
