Pharma Store executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharma Store Executive to manage the daily operations of our pharmaceutical store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory management, stock maintenance, and compliance with pharmaceutical standards and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the inward and outward movement of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulatory norms (temperature, segregation, etc.).
• Maintain and update stock records using inventory software or ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure batch tracking, expiry date management, and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) system compliance.
• Assist in monthly and annual stock audits and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the purchase, quality control, and logistics departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable drug laws and storage regulations.
• Handle customer queries (if applicable in retail settings).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the storage area.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharma warehouse/store operations preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, HSN codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP) is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time; Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,899.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
