Pharma Analytics , Deputy Manager

In this role at Improzo, you will be leading/managing a team of dynamic analytics professionals to assist clients in Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to achieve their business goals through data analytics. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Clients Analytics teams to identify, scope, and execute analytics efforts that address business questions and add value. - Maintaining a broad understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and operations to develop analytical solutions. - Managing reporting activities and building analytics-based reports for enhanced business insights. - Communicating with stakeholders across functions to understand business requirements consistently. - Leading and guiding the team to implement and deliver complex project assignments. - Providing strategic leadership by building new capabilities and identifying business opportunities. - Setting up KPIs and business rules, synthesizing and communicating results to clients. - Collaborating with clients and Improzo teams to implement solutions. - Driving analysis, problem-solving, and advancing Improzo capabilities. - Working with onshore and sales teams to draft proposals and solutions for clients. Your core competencies should include technical skills in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, and hands-on experience in R/Python/SAS. Domain knowledge in healthcare with working knowledge of various datasets used in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. You should have good client communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience in commercial analytics in the life science sector. Your must-have skills would involve proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, SQL, excellent communication, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and teamwork. It would be beneficial to have knowledge on therapy areas for stakeholder management as an added advantage. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (any branch), with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework.
