Role Description

PGT Physics with JEE/NEET experience

• Teaching advanced-level physics concepts to senior secondary students (Class 11-12).
• Designing and implementing rigorous lesson plans specifically tailored for

  JEE and NEET preparation

• Assessing student performance through regular mock tests and providing tailored academic support to bridge learning gaps.
• Leveraging both theoretical and practical teaching methodologies, including the use of

  Smart Classrooms and Science Laboratories

  , to strengthen students' conceptual understanding.
• Collaborating with faculty members to foster a learning-oriented environment and participating in faculty meetings to align with the school's strategic session planning.
• Engaging in student counseling to manage academic stress and promote mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Minimum of a Master’s degree in Physics or a related field (e.g., Theoretical Physics); B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
