Responsibilities and Duties: Teach Physics to students preparing for JEE. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to Physics. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and JEE syllabus. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in physics or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in JEE coaching. Strong knowledge of JEE syllabus and exam patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Number of Positions: 1 Working Conditions: Typical working hours are from 0830 to 1700 with additional duties of boarding students on few days in a week. May require occasional travel for workshops or seminars. Comfortable and conducive working environment. Salary: 5 to 7 lakhs per annum Selection Procedure: Initial screening of applications. Written test to assess subject knowledge. Demonstration class to evaluate teaching skills. Personal interview with the selection committee.
