Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Physics, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured Physics lessons for Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Design and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and NEP 2020 guidelines. Use digital tools and simulations to enhance conceptual understanding. Conduct practical lab sessions and guide project-based learning. Evaluate and monitor student performance and provide regular feedback. Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and academic planning. Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Strong knowledge of Samacheer curriculum and board exam patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using smart classroom technology and online teaching platforms. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's (Required)
