Job Description: You will be responsible for organizing classroom lectures and coursework, preparing materials and activities, assigning homework and interesting exercises, identifying students with special requirements and creating individualized plans, determining exam and assignment grades, providing feedback based on workload and classroom behavior, and keeping a record of students" attendance and grades. Additionally, you will research new language teaching methods, manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts, inform parents about their children's performance, and collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Teaching certification is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong classroom management abilities Additional Details: The job type is Full-time with a schedule of Day shift and Morning shift.
