Role Description

• Lead the Mathematics Department and supervise teaching practices for Classes 11 & 12.
• Oversee lesson planning, timely syllabus completion, and student academic progress.
• Review and analyse student performance data to recommend academic interventions.
• Ensure alignment with CBSE/ISC curriculum standards and support curriculum development.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and organize teacher training sessions.
• Guide students in subject selection, STEM pathways, and board examination preparation.
• Manage academic records, assessments, documentation, and parent communication.
• Organize academic events such as Math Day, science fairs, Olympiads, and counselling workshops.
• Collaborate with the counselling cell to support students preparing for competitive exams (JEE, CUET, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in mathematics with B.Ed.
• 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with NEP-aligned curriculum planning and digital learning platforms
