Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging instruction in English language, literature, and communication skills for Grades 11th and 12th.
  
• Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials in accordance with board guidelines.
  
• Conduct regular classroom teaching, interactive discussions, and writing workshops to enhance students’ analytical and expressive abilities.
  
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, tests, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
  
• Mentor students in exam preparation, including board exams and competitive entrance tests (e.g., JEE, NEET, NDA, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with the academic team to review and improve teaching methodologies and curriculum delivery.
  
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events to support holistic student development.
  
• Stay updated with pedagogical advancements, language trends, and educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English (Graduation) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  
• Postgraduate degree in English (MA) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  
• B.Ed. certification from a recognized university, with a focus on secondary education.
  
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and literary knowledge.
  
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.
  
• Familiarity with CBSE/ISC or equivalent board syllabi for Classes 11 and 12.
  
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for lesson delivery and assessment.
