Ensuring the safety during the project work.
Ensure resource optimization and spare management for cost control.
Engaging Service providers to get maximum output.
Project planning & monitoring
Follow the UTCL design safety standard for project engineering/execution.
Must possess good communication, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skill.
Should be good at various problem-solving tools, ensure completion of the project jobs as entrusted in stipulated time with maintaining desired quality standards of all norms .
Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements for timely completion of civil projects.
Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure productivity, skills & development of motivated and performance-oriented workforce .
