PF Advisory and PF Trust Management Executive

Job Title: PF Trust Compliance Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable PF Trust Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Manage EPF challan generation processes. Handle end to end PF Trust Management Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions. Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions. Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations. Liasion with the PF authorities, Prepare and file statutory reports Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate from any field with 1-2 years of experience in PF Trust operations. Preference will be given to B.Com./BBA Graduates Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
