The role involves team supervision, client coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day pest control operations and field technicians. Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and handle service-related queries. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Prepare service reports, schedules, and treatment plans. Support business development by identifying new B2B opportunities. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in pest control operations (B2B preferred). Strong knowledge of pest management techniques and chemicals. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and teams. Salary Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience.
