Job Description: We are looking for a confident and engaging Personality Development Tutor to conduct offline sessions for adults in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in helping individuals enhance self-confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, and professional presence through interactive and practical learning modules. Responsibilities: Conduct dynamic and age-appropriate sessions focused on developing personality and soft skills for both teachers and students . Teach essential topics such as self-awareness, confidence-building, body language, grooming, and etiquette . Guide participants on improving verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking , and interpersonal skills . Introduce core concepts of emotional intelligence, positive mindset, leadership traits, and resilience . Facilitate engaging activities such as role-plays, storytelling, group discussions , and self-assessment exercises . Help build a growth mindset and a strong, positive self-image among students and educators alike. Foster a safe and encouraging environment to overcome hesitation, shyness, or stage fear. Offer practical strategies for time management, discipline, stress management , and professional conduct for both classroom and real-life situations. Requirements: Master’s degree (mandatory) in Psychology, Communication, Education, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in personality development, soft skills, or life coaching. Proven ability to effectively engage with both teachers andstudents . Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience in conducting offline sessions within school environments . Willingness to travel across schools in Delhi for in-person workshops. Deep passion for fostering confidence, communication, and leadership in both students and educators.
