Reports To: Managing Director

Job Purpose:

To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director of Emirates International Consultancy, ensuring effective communication, smooth coordination of daily operations, and timely execution of priorities with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving & Coordination
  • Assist in analyzing issues and recommending practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, compile reports, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Anticipate the MD’s requirements and proactively manage priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Records Management
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient record management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Prior experience in supporting senior-level executives is an advantage.
