GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-
day personal and professional activities. This role requires excellent time management,
attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The Personal Assistant will manage
scheduling, travel, and correspondence, handle a variety of administrative and personal
tasks, and act as a reliable point of contact on behalf of the employer.
The ideal candidate is discreet, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced
environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both personal and professional
spheres.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling (meetings, travel)
Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) with discretion
Organize and maintain files and records (digital and paper)
Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the General Manager
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Handle basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
