Job Description
1) Maintain the MD's calendar2) Coordinating with all Store Managers and send monthly sales reports3) Maintaining DATABASE of close contacts in an excel4) Maintaining the Whatsapp Number ( handed over to customers )5) Updating Database of KYC details on a daily basis6) Coordinate with Ops Head and assist in training all Store Managers7) Handle the OPS work required for the associations in which the MD is the Chairperson8) Product related work needs to be coordinated and executed ( product finishing & dyeing )9) Coordinate with the Backend Team occasionally for the work directly assigned by the MD .
10) Good management skills
11) Fluent in spoken and written english12) Quick to respond with good presence of mind in times or extraordinary situations
