Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Secretary, located in Kochi with opportunities for partial remote work. The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive assistance to executive management, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, arranging meetings, and maintaining documentation. Additional responsibilities include performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Clerical Skills, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence effectively.
Exceptional Communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Experience in Administrative Assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Proficiency in using office software and tools to support administrative and secretarial tasks.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
