Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office equipment, provide customer service, and support communication within the office. The role requires the individual to work on-site at our office in Kochi.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with Office Equipment and its maintenance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in an electrical services company is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is advantageous
