Job Title: Personal Secretary
Location: New Delhi-South Delhi
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Budget: ₹12 – ₹15 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Secretary with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle senior-level interactions and government clients. The candidate should be available and willing to travel to Dubai as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the senior management.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare business correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal departments, external partners, and government officials.
  • Handle government clients and documentation related to compliance, approvals, and liaison activities.
  • Manage office operations and ensure timely completion of executive tasks.
  • Coordinate international travel itineraries, visa processing, and related logistics (especially for Dubai trips).
  • Support in preparation for business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle government clients and departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to Dubai as and when required.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidate with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Candidates with prior exposure to international business coordination will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
