Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior management with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Run errands and assist with personal tasks when required
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
Maintain organized filing systems and records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and flexible approach
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern office tools
Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
