Personal Assistant

We are hiring for Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry. Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts. Run personal errands as required (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Track expenses and handle reimbursements or petty cash as needed. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
