Job Post: Personal Assistant (PA) to MD

Location: Vision PR, Ahmedabad Office

Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD)

About the Role:
Vision PR is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director, Mr. Mayur. The role will focus on providing end-to-end assistance in managing the MD’s professional schedule, meetings, and key projects, with a special focus on the Christmas Carnival Exhibition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide full support in planning and coordinating the Christmas Carnival Exhibition.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure smooth coordination during client interactions and official events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management background preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
