Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The position is located in Tiruppur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks which involve diary management, clerical duties, and personal assistance. The role requires managing executive administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and organizing travel arrangements. The Personal Assistant will ensure the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
