Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible for the Right Candidate) Key Responsibilities: Manage the Director s daily schedule, ensuring meetings, calls, and tasks are well-organized. Book and coordinate meetings in the Director s diary. Follow up with clients, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely responses. Provide daily updates on tasks, priorities, and follow-ups. Respond to emails professionally, demonstrating excellent email etiquette. Assist in drafting and formatting documents, emails, and reports. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively for drafting, scheduling, and automation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Skills Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English strong communication is key! Professional email etiquette and ability to draft clear, concise emails. 100% computer literacy proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under minimal supervision . A smartphone and access to a stable internet connection. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin Manager is a plus. Working Hours: UK Business Hours (with some flexibility for India hours as required).
