we are looking for a IT Hardware & Support Executive to manage our office.This role will support users, maintain hardware including NAS storage, and ensure smooth operations of Microsoft OneDrive, ERP systems (Finsys), and other digital tools.

Manage Directors calendar,appointments,meetings,and travel.Screen and respond to calls,emails,and messages. Prepare daily to-do lists,monitor deadlines,and track follow-ups.Maintain confidential records and information.Maintain trackers and documents

Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices Monitor and support FortiGate firewall and VPN connections (basic level) Manage user accounts, permissions, and shared drives in Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams) Provide Level 1 support for Finsys ERP and coordinate with vendor for escalations Set up and maintain NAS backup storage, network cabling, switches, and Wi-Fi devices Maintain hardware inventory and ensure timely backups via NAS/OneDrive Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, renewals, or warranty support Preferred candidate profile Required Skills: Basic understanding of networking (IP, switches, Wi-Fi setup) Familiarity with Windows OS, printers, and remote desktop tools Exposure to NAS systems, cloud storage platforms like OneDrive/Google Drive Knowledge of ERP or accounting software is a plus (Finsys preferred) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+ (optional but preferred)

Supervise invoicing,e-invoicing,and e-way bill generation using Finsys Handle TDS, GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9),and internal audits Monitor accounts receivable,payment follow-ups,and ledger reconciliation Finalize trial balance, P&L,and Balance Sheet
