Role Overview: As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director Academics (DA), your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of the DA's time and smooth running of business operations through effective coordination, communication, and task management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the DA's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Handle confidential communication and correspondence. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents. - Act as a liaison between the DA and internal/external stakeholders. - Organize office tasks and follow up on key actions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person. The benefits include Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and the schedule is day shift.,
