Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior professional. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries (local and outstation).
Assist with personal errands, shopping, and event coordination as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Support in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
Ensure smooth coordination between office and personal commitments.
Stay available for occasional late working hours (around 10 PM, twice a week).

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Tech-savvy — comfortable using emails, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to travel as required for meetings or errands.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic schedules and work priorities.
Professional demeanor with a positive and discreet attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
