Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary at Proficed in Gandhinagar. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, clerical skills, executive administrative assistance, communication, and administrative assistance on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
