Job Description

You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. It is preferred that the candidate is male. The salary package offered ranges from 3.6 to 4 Lakh per annum. The job is located in Hyderabad and requires the employee to work from the office. Having a laptop is mandatory for this position. Your key responsibilities will include managing the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will be responsible for handling emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Additionally, you will prepare reports, presentations, and other important documents. Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items will also be part of your duties. It is important to maintain confidential records and ensure organized documentation. Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders is another key responsibility. You will also assist in project management and day-to-day operations, as well as perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.,
