Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's diary, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, and providing general administrative support. They will ensure all communication, both internal and external, is handled efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in SAP or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
