We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Group G, one of Odisha’s leading real estate companies, is looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, excellent command over English, and the ability to multitask efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


i) Draft and manage official letters, emails, and other communications


ii) Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedule


iii) Conduct internet research and prepare concise reports or briefs


iv) Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders


v) Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Requirements:


i) Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / similar role


ii) Excellent written and spoken English


iii) Strong drafting and communication skills


iv) Proficiency in MS Office and internet research


v) Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
