Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director, Noori Group of Companies Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About Us Noori Group of Companies, led by visionary leaders Farid and Meraj Zariwala, has over three decades of experience delivering quality real estate projects across Mumbai and Thane. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director with administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong skills in MS Office, excellent communication, and at least 3 years of real estate industry experience. Responsibilities Manage Director’s schedule, correspondence, and travel logistics. Create, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Coordinate internal and external communications. Prepare materials for client meetings and site visits. Support research, project tracking, and office operations. Handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements Minimum 3 years of real estate assistant or related experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Highly organized with excellent communication skills. Male candidates preferred. Degree in Business/Management or related discipline (preferred). Prior experience with real estate tools and regional languages (Marathi, Hindi) a plus.
