Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage appointments, shoots, events, and travel itineraries
Liaise with production houses, PR teams, stylists, and managers
Ensure punctuality and smooth transitions between engagements
Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the delegates
Act as a point of contact for media, brands, and collaborators
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Organize domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, transport
Ensure all travel documents and arrangements are in order
Accompany the delegates when required and manage on-ground logistics
Assist with wardrobe planning, shopping, and personal errands
Coordinate with stylists, makeup artists, and fitness trainers
Manage household staff and vendors when needed
Prepare for red carpet events, award functions, and interviews
Ensure timely arrival and readiness for appearances
Handle backstage and greenroom coordination

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Telugu/Kannada a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy: calendar apps, travel tools, messaging platforms
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred female candidates only
