Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Bhubaneswar. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, handling communications, managing diaries, and performing clerical duties. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing meetings, maintaining records, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure smooth operation.Two weeks of training period followed by commencement of duty.

Qualifications

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
Proficient in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience in an executive or administrative support role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
Basic computer knowledge, excel sheet and PowerPoint preparations.
Prior experience in healthcare industry is a big plus.
