Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in Nagpur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing various clerical tasks. The key day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, screening calls, organizing events, and preparing documents. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to support executives efficiently.

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
