Personal Assistant (Client Coordinator) – Health & Wellness

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support Dietitian Natasha Mohan in managing client calls, introductions, and schedules. The PA will handle first-level client interactions, ensure smooth appointment coordination, and assist in daily operations. Final client consultations and closures will be managed directly by Natasha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to clients for introductions and follow-ups.
• Schedule and manage appointments using CRM tools.
• Maintain Natasha’s calendar and ensure timely reminders.
• Coordinate with clients in English & Hindi for seamless communication.
• Record and update client details in CRM.
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with client calls, scheduling, and coordination.
• Prior experience in Customer Service / Telecalling / Client Relations / Front Desk preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 (depending on experience) + Incentives
