SRM Global Hospitals, Kattankulathur, is a premier multi-specialty healthcare institution under the SRM Group. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge medical care with compassion and excellence. We are currently looking for a highly experienced Perfusionist to join our advanced Cardiothoracic Surgery Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage heart-lung machines and other extracorporeal circulation equipment during cardiac surgeries.
• Provide support during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacement, congenital heart surgeries, and transplant procedures.
• Handle cardiopulmonary bypass, ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation), and IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) equipment.
• Monitor and adjust oxygenation, blood flow, and anticoagulation during procedures.
• Work collaboratively with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and ICU teams.
• Maintain perfusion records, equipment maintenance logs, and consumable inventory.
• Participate in patient care during pre-operative and post-operative stages as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all hospital protocols, infection control measures, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Perfusion Technology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of hospital-based experience as a Perfusionist.
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary bypass techniques, ECMO, and other extracorporeal life support systems.
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making ability, and technical skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in emergency and on-call duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals.
• Certifications in ECMO or advanced perfusion practices will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kattankulathur or nearby areas.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
