Staff Nurse

About Us:

SRM Global Hospitals is a multi-specialty healthcare provider known for clinical excellence and patient-centered care. We are currently looking for experienced and committed Staff Nurses to join our OT and CCU departments at our Kattankulathur campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in OT or CCU settings.
• Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and post-operative recovery.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality checks, and emergency response as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (Tamil Nadu Nursing Council preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of clinical experience specifically in Operation Theatre (OT) and/or Critical Care Unit (CCU).
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, surgical protocols, and patient care.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Candidates:

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kattankulathur or nearby areas.
• Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be an added advantage.
