Dr. Hedgewar Rugnalay& Dattaji Bhale Blood Bank is looking for Perfusionist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Heart-Lung Machine Operation: Set up and operate the heart-lung machine, which takes over the functions of the heart and lungs, including oxygenating and circulating the patient's blood Blood Management: Monitor and manage blood and blood product transfusions during surgery, maintaining appropriate levels and compositions Anesthesia Support: Collaborate with anesthesiologists to manage anesthesia levels during surgery Temperature Control: Control the patient's body temperature to reduce the risk of complications during surgery Arterial and Venous Access: Insert and manage arterial and venous catheters for monitoring and access Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor various parameters, such as blood pressure, blood gases, and blood composition, to ensure the patient's well-being Cardiopulmonary Assessment: Perform assessments of cardiopulmonary function to guide adjustments in the heart-lung machine settings Emergencies: Respond to emergencies during surgery, such as addressing complications or equipment malfunctions
