Minimum 6 years or above experience in Performance testing and Engineering Good hands-on experience of Performance testing tool JMeter Abliltity to lead and drive performance testing and engineering projects. Very good communication, stakeholder management and client management skills Good Knowledge of Microservices and API Performance Able to draft Performance Testing Strategy document and project plan Good Knowledge and hands-on of APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics. Able to troubleshoot and analyze performance issues. Experience of working on multiple protocols like Web, SAP, Oracle, SOAP, Rest etc Mandatory Skills Performance testing using JMeter, APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics. Able to troubleshoot and analyze performance issues, Experience of working on multiple protocols like Web, SAP, Oracle, SOAP, Rest etc, Good Client interfacing skills Must have Soft Skills Good Knowledge of Microservices and API Performance, presentation skills, articulation, probing and problem solving skills
