You have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Performance Testing and Performance Engineering expert with over 5 years of experience. Your role will involve Tuning, Profiling, Monitoring, and providing performance solutions. You should have a proven background in performance testing, from strategy to execution, and strong experience in managing a team and delivering performance engineering services for large clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your expertise in performance testing and engineering to lead the team in delivering top-notch services to clients. - Manage the performance testing strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality results. - Collaborate with team members to optimize performance solutions and enhance overall system efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience using performance testing tools like JMeter. - Prior experience with LoadRunner, Neoload, or similar tools will be highly valued. - Proficiency in API/Web Services Testing is essential. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, JConsole, JVisualVM, Datadog, Splunk, Application Insights, etc. - Experience in delivering performance testing across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises technologies, especially in public cloud environments. Cloud environment experience is a plus. - Hands-on experience working within an Agile environment will be an advantage. This role will allow you to showcase your skills in Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace while contributing to the success of the team and the clients.
