As an experienced Performance Testing and Performance Engineering professional with over 5 years of expertise, you will be responsible for tuning, profiling, monitoring, and providing effective performance solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the entire performance testing process, from strategizing to execution, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. You should have a proven track record of managing a team and delivering top-notch performance engineering services to large clients. Your technical skills must include a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using performance testing tools like JMeter. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as LoadRunner, Neoload, or similar applications will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of API/Web Services Testing and proficiency in utilizing leading monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, JConsole, JVisualVM, Datadog, Splunk, and Application Insights is essential for this role. Experience in conducting performance testing across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises technologies, especially in public cloud environments, will be advantageous. Role We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in software development and a good understanding of the financial services/ securities/ investment banking domain. Qualification and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience for more than 4+ years as a Java Developer. Advanced Java Skills: Proficient in core Java development, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Must have expertise in multi-threading, hash maps, and other advanced Java concepts.
