Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools:
NeoLoad
(scripting, correlation, parameterization, results analysis)
LoadRunner
(VuGen scripting, Controller execution, Analysis reporting)
JMeter
(test plan creation, distributed testing)
Strong understanding of
performance testing types
– load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability.
Experience with
APM tools
like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring.
Familiarity with
CI/CD integration
(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
Solid knowledge of
web technologies
(HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets).
Proficiency in
SQL
and database performance validation.
Good understanding of
OS-level performance monitoring
(Linux, Windows).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
cloud-based performance testing
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of
shift-left performance testing
practices and early performance feedback.
