Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
Expertise in Apex programming language including triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous Apex.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are highly preferred.
