Job Description

You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Performance testing and Engineering. You must possess extensive experience in designing Performance frameworks and implementing them using tools like Loadrunner, JMeter, etc., across various platforms and domains. It is essential that you have experience in conducting Performance consulting engagements, assessing tool feasibility, and designing end-to-end performance solutions for clients with a large application landscape consisting of more than 8 integrated applications. Your communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills should be excellent. Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Appdynamics, Dynatrace, etc., would be advantageous. Additionally, having worked in the Telecom domain on BSS/OSS domains and familiarity with Agile Scrum framework would be beneficial. As a Test Manager, you should have extensive experience in testing and test management spanning 10-16 years. You should have managed a team of 15+ resources and should possess people-oriented skills. Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology, Agile metrics, test strategy, recommendations, testing metrics, Testing Lifecycle, test processes, and test estimation are essential. You should be capable of implementing test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, providing test strategy and metric recommendations to customers and stakeholders. Strong client handling skills, both oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with self-organized Agile teams are crucial. You should also be able to coach and mentor team members effectively.,
