Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter
Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks, failures, and areas for optimization
Develop performance test strategies, plans, and workload models based on business requirements
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
Monitor system performance metrics across load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide recommendations
Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure smooth test delivery
Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts (load, stress, endurance, scalability)
Expertise in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and distributed execution
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system architecture
