Roles and Responsibilities: Sourcing tracking the resumes from DICE, Monster, Desiopt & Internal Database. Recruiting F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card and consultants getting them for Training. Concentrating candidates who are on like F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card visa status. Searching resumes in portals (Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc). Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database and Following up with candidates. Nice to have hands and team handling experience in the hiring of F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green. Card candidates for technical training and placements. Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants. Posting the ads for F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring. Managing and directing the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, directing, and closing candidates. Collect feedback about the various facets of the training program. Maintain records on the conducted training and participant's details. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, OPT/CPT hiring , or training/admissions counselling . Good to have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills. Experience working with US-based candidates (preferably OPT/CPT/H1B). Target-driven mindset and ability to handle objections with empathy. US IT Recruitment (especially OPT hiring)

Role & responsibilities Mode: CTH 5 years of relevant experience in Performance testing, with a strong hands on experience in Jmeter. • Review approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and plan • Collaboration with other teams including Development, Architects, Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLC • A broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architectures • In-depth knowledge working with JMeter and Blazemeter with experience in HTTP, Java, Bean Shell, SOAP Samplers • Strong Knowledge to design performance testing and monitoring framework for non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) • Should be well versed with Alert, Monitoring and Observability domain • Working knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum • Manage projects and prioritize workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates • Knowledge of micro service architectures, Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructure • Good Presentation and communication skills.
