Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to develop and execute automation test strategies.
• Design, build, and maintain

  Selenium WebDriver

  frameworks for functional and regression testing.
• Integrate automated tests into the

  CI/CD pipeline

  using tools like

  Jenkins

  ,

  Git

  , and

  Docker

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with business goals.
• Define and implement best practices for

  test automation

  ,

  cross-browser testing

  ,

  mobile testing

  performance testing

• Create, manage, and review test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with developers.
• Stay current on emerging testing technologies and recommend enhancements.
• Contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an

  Agile team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of overall QA experience, including

  3+ years in Selenium test automation

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Java

  ,

  Python

  , or

  JavaScript

  .
• Experience with test frameworks like

  TestNG

  ,

  JUnit

  , or

  Cucumber

  .
• Hands-on with

  API testing tools

  (e.g.,

  Postman

  ,

  RestAssured

  ).
• Solid experience with

  CI/CD tools

  : Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker.
• Exposure to

  cloud-based testing tools

  BrowserStack

  Sauce Labs

• QA certifications (e.g.,
