Job Description

API Automation

Strong understanding of API testing concepts and methodologies:
This includes knowledge of RESTful web services, API protocols (REST, SOAP), and testing techniques.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript:
This is needed for developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
Experience with API testing tools:
Familiarity with tools like Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, or similar is essential.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines:
Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, AzureDevOps, or similar is helpful.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills:
This is needed for identifying and resolving defects in the APIs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills:
This is needed for working with cross-functional teams and documenting test results.
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
