Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies that are in line with the business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets. You will be leading the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across various platforms such as paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. In addition to campaign management, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior marketers, managing external agencies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. Managing marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation, and forecasting campaign spend based on business priorities will also be a crucial part of your role. Collaboration with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams is essential to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts. You will lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes. Furthermore, preparing actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance, and recommending strategic adjustments will be part of your routine tasks. Staying ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities will be crucial to identifying new growth opportunities. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. - 4-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or lead role. - Proven experience in designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership. - Experience in managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams. - Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.,
